Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the Moon Palace Cancun, and would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down only nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your Deposit with our agent as soon as possible!

Superior Deluxe Garden View Room (DBL) or Superior Deluxe Golf View Room (DBL)

This stately oasis with accents overlooks Moon Palace Cancun’s lush and tranquil garden or the resorts beautiful 27 hole Jack Nicklaus golf course. It’s designed for up to 4 guests and boasts a private balcony, king or double beds, indulgent double whirlpool, Smart TV with YouTube, vTuner and Weather Channel, our lavish Palace signature amenities, world-class spirits, and daily-refreshed mini bar, among other posh conveniences.

Bedding: 1 king or 2 double beds. Bedding is not guaranteed and is based on availability at check-in.Occupancy limits: 3 adults, 2 children, 4 total.

To avoid a Single occupancy premium we suggest you bring a guest. Single Occupancy is $550 per night for
1 adult in a room + $50 roundtrip transfers.

What Does This Rate Include?

This rate includes all of your taxes and fees as well as your shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transfers.
*Rate does NOT include airfare or optional travel protection.

The closest airport to the resort is Cancun International Airport (CUN).

You can book your flight yourself or include it in your package with our agent. If you want our agent to help book your hotel and flight, in the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

If you want to book your own flight, in the reservation section do not mark "YES" to the flight question. If you are booking your own flight we recommend booking as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline and/or use your miles/points if you prefer.

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Chenango Travel (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is due at the time of booking but please book no later than August 1st, 2023, in order to secure your room and shared round-trip airport/resort/airport transportation.

A Second Deposit Payment of 50% of each guest's total reservation cost is due by November 5th, 2023.

Your passport must be valid 6 months after you return from travel.

In this case, that means that your passport cannot expire before September 7, 2024. If your passport is going to expire before September 7, 2024, or you need to register for a new passport, please apply/renew your passport now as to ensure that you receive it back before travel.

Passport processing times are a little longer as our Country trickles back to "Normalcy". Some new passports and renewals are back within 8 weeks and some are taking months so plan accordingly.

SPECIAL NOTE: If you have ANY issues (i.e. legal convictions, arrests, warrants, child support issues, or other extenuating circumstances) that would prevent you from traveling outside of the US, it is YOUR responsibility to verify your ability to obtain a US passport and to travel outside of the US. Chenango Travel will not be responsible for any denied boarding or entry/reentry into any country due to legal matters. Travel insurance often does NOT cover denied boarding or entry due to legal issues. Please consult your policies for details.
